Weapon Qualities

Weapons are used to engage in combat within Ecalphri. Even fists are a weapon and are categorized properly.

A character may have any weapon he or she pleases and up to three of these weapons may be carried at one time.

A weapon is classified into 14 different Quality Rankings. No matter what kind of weapon you are using, whether it be a great sword or a fist, two different weapons of the same quality will do the same amount of damage on successful attacks.

ONCE A QUALITY IS PURCHASED, ANY WEAPON USED BY THAT PLAYER IS ASSUMED TO BE MADE OF THAT QUALITY OR LOWER. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PURCHASE A QUALITY MORE THAN ONCE.

Each rank of a weapon may only be obtain if a character has reached the corresponding Advancement rank and character level.
